Step into Four Chambers’ world of erotic cinema and live art, where over a decade of radical, explicit video work and physical ephemera is brought to life through installations and performances. Visitors can expect an immersive mirrored box from the film Echo Chamber (2025), pop-up activations with Vex Ashley, and a living archive that blurs cinema, performance, sexuality and fine art. This residency invites you to explore new ways of looking and being looked at, offering desire not as commodity but as language- an anatomy of queer, feminist and avant-garde erotic imaginaries that asks what it means to become your own voyeur.

Four Chambers is a creative pornography project blending cinema and sexuality. Known for pushing boundaries and exploring the intricate relationship between sex and the human condition, Four Chambers creates films that transcend the pornographic genre.
Headed by performer, Vex Ashley and self taught in film making with an emphasis on
collaborative DIY practices; Four Chambers now exists alongside a new wave of creators making contemporary pornographic work from a new perspective.
The project remains deliberately ambiguous, rejecting labels for both their films and performers, existing in-between genres of both art and pornography and dismissing the need for a definition of either. Exploring themes of technology, symbolism, mythology and alchemy and their intrinsic intersection with sex and part of the growing decentralisation from traditional adult industry business, Four Chambers is independent, DIY, conceptual, pornography cinema.
